For the design of each project, all factors that affect it are taken into account, and ultimately shape its uniqueness. The natural and structured environment, the positioning of the building, the functionality and usability of the individual spaces, the rational use of materials and various textures, the integration of green elements, are some of the basic axes that constantly determine the architectural creation.

The renovation of existing buildings, both residential and commercial premises and offices, is a challenge for us, since it aims to upgrade the space, both at a functional and building level, as well as aesthetically. Based on the detailed architectural study, we proceed to the construction-management of the project, which aims to implement the architectural proposal consistently (in time and economically).
With a wide network of partners and suppliers, we support the construction phase, with close on-site supervision, with the resolution of any technical issues and with the comprehensive management of financial and technical issues. We develop implementation and financing schedules, define critical paths of the construction and support the construction until its completion and its occupancy
